Kristen

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging." Psalm 46: 1-3

I think this verse means that God will always be there for us to lend us his hand for help anytime. I think the second part means we should never lose faith in him no matter what the situation is like. In the verse I think it is referring to the time when the world will end because in the bible it says that many natural disasters will symbolize the end is near. I find this verse difficult yet relieving because I find it hard to keep faith in God in difficult situations but at the same time its comforting to know that God will be there with us for strength and guidance.
