I'm back guys!!!
"That God was reconciling the world himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God."
-2 Corinthians 5:19-2
Ok, confession time. When I first read this verse, I was like, "Huhh?" For example, i didn't even know what reconcile meant. Soooo, I googled up on the inter-webs what reconciliation meant and the definition was this: the action of making one view or belief compatible with another. And then i said to myself, "Ohhhh. So it's like being a missionary. Making other believe in God and believe in his word. Spreading his word is sort of an example of the definition." We represent God. He has sent us to share about him and his word. We should be honored to be and ambassador and we shouldn't be ashamed or take that for granted.

Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long suffering
"Christ is all" is the verse that comes before this one. It's actually very important or else you won't be able to understand the rest. The adjectives (I'm assuming) are talking about God. Elect means chosen for something. The verse describes God. One word that would relate to my life would be "long suffering." Now, again, I'm not sure if this verse is talking about God himself but if it does, the long suffering would be his decent unto earth to be killed. His life here on earth was rather long (for us). He died when he was in his 30's and I'm not even in my thirties! All through his years, he must of had a lot of people persecute him which lead to his death. This is the true meaning of long suffering.

"When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom." (Proverbs 11:2)
I think this verse has a lot of meaning behind it. When it says when pride comes then comes disgrace it's saying like if you are boasting about something you accomplished in a negative way then disgrace can come after. For example, if you are like very confident in something you are about to do and brag to everyone that you are better than them and going to do great, but then in the end, end up badly that will be very embarrassing for you. When it says with humility comes wisdom it is saying that when you are humiliated, you can learn from it. For example, if you are called in class by the teacher and you don't know the question and you get embarrassed a little, then next time you should know to be ready for the questions and prepared. We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.
Read each others posts and write words of encouragements from now on!
Guys come on! Keep it up until the summer!!!! This verse to me means we should be thankful for our sister/brothers in Christ (YOU GUYS!). The other half is telling us the reason we should do this. The reason explained is because of your growing faith your love for each other is supposed to grow with it. Basically, it is talking about how we should start growing deeper relationships with one another as our faith grows. However, if our faith has come to a holt, your relationship with your sister/brother will grow dim. I also relate this verse to Glue Going Deeper.

"Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good." (Romans 12:9, 10)
This verse is explaining to us to not put ourselves in front of another person. We should always think about others first then yourself. We should dislike what is bad or evil and worship and love what is good. If we are selfish then we are not doing what God wants us to do. We should always be thinking about others just like Jesus ALWAYS thinks about us. Think, "WWJD?" (what would Jesus do?) We can and WILL be tempted by the devil to do wrong, and sometimes we will fall into his trap, but if we always know that Jesus is inside our souls telling us to do right, then we can conquer the devil and make him fall into his own trap.

"Follow God's example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." -Ephesians 5:1-2 (NIV)
What this verse means to me is that we should follow God's example and follow him in his footsteps. We should be like Jesus, and resist temptation. This is not saying that you HAVE to be perfect, because God is perfect and no one compares to him. Jesus died for us, and we should thank him for that. He sacrificed him for us and we should give him recognition. Jesus put his life in the hands of God, trusting him that he will rise from the grave. Jesus gave a perfect example of trusting God. He put his life on the line, and risked it. Remember to always trust God, and follow him in his footsteps.

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are
healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Isaiah 53:5-6
i think this verse is reminding us of how we should be thankful that we have been cleansed and forgiven through Jesus. With all of our sins we have commited we will always will be forgiven by the punishment that Jesus went through. Because of this we are referred to as sheep that have taken the wrong path by going astray and through all our sins, he carries them for us.

This verse to me is again, talking about how Jesus died for our sins. What is interesting to me would be the sheep analogy. We are like sheep because we do draw farther and farther away from out shepherd until we are lost. When we are lost, God our shepherd would always invite us back in and lead the way in our life. Iniquity basically means sinful. The Lord has laid our ugliness and sinfulness onto himself.

This verse talks about the the Last Supper before Jesus was betrayed that night. What this verse means to me is that Jesus died on the cross for us. I mean sure he didn't really like it, but you can never regret doing the right thing. And Jesus never did and never will regret dying for us. He did it all for our sins and we should definitely pay him back. Devote your life, feed him to your soul, live for him. No matter what you do, there is never enough for you to give him. That's how ultimate his sacrifice was.

19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.” John 2:19
This verse is from the time where Jesus tells the people to destroy the temple. When Jesus said he was going to raise it again in 3 days, he didn't necessarily mean physically bring it back. A lot of people would have probably doubt Jesus. And yes, I doubt Jesus sometimes. I know he is there, I know he sees everything I do but I still do the things that I'm not supposed to. When I pray to God for safety and for everything to be alright, I still have a thought in my mind that is saying "what if this happens, or that happens...." God wants us to be faithful to him and TRUST!!

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
This verse is is reminding us that God shows us his love by letting his own son die on the cross JUST FOR US, sinners! We never did anything that Jesus should do that for us but he did because he loves us and cares for us so much. It's so crazy to think that someone will die for you just because they love you! Like what if a stranger just took a bullet for you because they are good hearted...you don't see that everyday!

"For we do not have a high priest who is unable empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has tempted in every way, just as we are - yet he did not sin." Hebrews 4:15 (NIV)
What this verse is telling me is that the Almighty God humbled himself into a weak and sinful human, all so he could save us from our sins. To me, that is amazing. Jesus went through human hardships, like hunger, temptation, anger, etc. He did it all for us. And he never gave in. Short one:)

I think this verse is telling us that we don't have a "Godly figure" on Earth to help us with our wrong doings that does not know what we go through, but we do have one which does know how to feel pain, sadness, anger, happiness, ect. That is Jesus Christ. He has been through everything a regular human on Earth does yet through that time he never EVER sinned. To me that is just amazing to think of that. It seems impossible to us sinful people, but of course not for Jesus! I do believe that it was hard for Jesus to go through those task. Jesus could of probably chosen to live without stress like we do, but he DID because he loves us. Amen Jesus!!!!

I think this verse is telling us that we are filled with part of God's spirit. When Jesus died he was risen from the dead by God. So I think this verse is saying that the part of God's spirit that gave life back to Jesus is living within us. This way we are given"life" which i think means we are able to have eternal life and the ability to have a relationship with God. This verse is about Jesus becoming king of Isreal and everyone is so happy because they love the Lord so much. They worship him so much that they will scream out to him in praise. This is what us christians should be doing. We should be prasing God not just on sundays, but at least try to everyday. It WILL become very hard for anyone, (even the most "holy" people) because everyone is not perfect, but if we just think of this verse and think of those people who would do ANYTHING just to be in the Lord's presence, that's just amazing. This can inspire us to praise God even more if it is from singing to him with a group or even alone to praying to him to reading the bible for 10 minutes. It can be that easy and if Jesus knows that we are trying to be with him and love him, he will be happy.

What I think this verse means is that when Jesus came, the people bowed down to him and worshiped him with palms. That is how important Jesus was and is. We should bow down to him every day, not just on Sundays, when we go to church. Jesus is the almighty god, and we should respect that, just like the people who were praising him in this verse. They took palm branches an went out to meet him, shouting, "Hosanna!" "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Blessed is the king of Israel!"
This verse is when Jesus is coming to Jerusalem to become King. The people are shouting "hosanna" which basically means savior or rescue. When the people felt unsure about their new king they relied on this one (Jesus) who performed miracles before their eyes. This verse to me for some reason tells me how Jesus was a human. From konosis Jesus turned into a human to show us that we could have a relationship with God and follow his ways. This verse shows me how human like Jesus was. He went through the same temptations as we do but always chose what God wanted him to do or not to do. Hey! Guys! Keep it up, no slacking!!
1Peter 5:6
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time"
Humbleness is mainly the gist here. The bible is simply letting us know that when we are humble God will provide for us and give us a life that is according to his word. I can relate to this verse because a lot of times I struggle with humbleness. Usually I find myself bragging upon matters that aren't according to God. We are only suppose to boast on the name of the Lord. Amen! This verse is a simple reminder to me and all of us that God wants us to be humble so we could teach others about it.

I think this verse applies to easter sunday because it was the third day when Jesus rose from the dead. I enjoy this verse because I think of it as a new beginning due to having Jesus leaving us the ability of repentance. I like to look at it almost as if it's our turn to save ourselves along with Jesus who died for it. So it's almost as if we're starting all over again since our sins were washed away!

Now and then I think we should all pray and just take some time to thank the Lord for the things we have, for the life we have, for him. Because without him, we would probably be a speck of dust!

"he will swallow up death forever. The sovereign lord will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people's disgrace from all the earth. The lord has spoken." Isaiah 25:8
To me I think this verse means that God is sovereign and is always watching over us. I think God shows us he is in control through this verse by saying he will be able to comfort and forgive us. From my interpretation this will happen when the Lord will leave his influence on earth just to show he is here for us and will reign forever.

"For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect." -1 Peter 1: 18-19
I can relate this verse to real life. What this verse means to me is that at the end of the day, materialistic things do not get you anywhere. It is more of the things that have to do with you and your relationship with God. If you let Christ steer the way of your life and trust in him, you will succeed and prosper in life. The materialistic things such as clothes and looks will only last for a while. What this verse is saying is that the temporary things in life did not save us , but the blood of Christ was responsible for this.

"There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death." Proverbs 16:25
This verse to me means that sometimes the path we choose isn't always right. One example I think is temptation because temptation seems okay in the beginning but you end up feeling guilty in the end. Another example could be peer pressure because you might be pressured to do the wrong thing without even knowing it. Lastly, just be careful in the decisions you make and if you aren't sure pray to God.

"There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to dead." (Proverbs 16:25)
I think this verse is talking about temptation. If someone tells us to believe something and we follow what they say NOT what God says, it can lead to danger or the worst senerio death. We should always follow what the lord says not what other people (Satan) tells us what to do. If we follow that route it can end up very bad.

"Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you
may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective." James
5:16
I think this verse means that you should be able to acknowledge your sins to others so they can help you heal. Confessing your sins is a step toward repentance so if you are able to confess to a family member, or friend..(etc) they might be able to pray for you. When you are trying to heal from your sins, prayers from others can help by lifting a weight off your shoulders by just knowing that they're praying with you.

In my opinion, this verse shows the power of prayer and healing. If you surrender to the Lord, he will heal you and your wounds. This shiws that we should pray for others, if they are hurting or not. Prayer is a very important thing in our lives and we should incorporate it in our daily lives. Prayer is extremely effective, even when it seems like God doesn't answer it. He always does and always will. I think that we should pray to rge Lord for healing and fixing.

This verse is telling us that if we confess our sins and pray for other people to God, it can be very helpful. I don't think it is saying though if we pray about something, it will happen right away or we will get everything we ask for - but whatever happens will be God's plan because everything happens for a reason. I think we should always be praying about our sins so that God can forgive us and cleanse our souls of sins. I also think we should pray for others so that God will reconize that we care about other people and love them. Praying for others in need, are in pain, ect it will help them a lot by bringing them up spiritually.

"He has saved and called us to a holy life- not because of anything we have done but because of anything of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time." -2 Timothy 1:9 (NIV)
To me, this verse describes God's wonderful grace. God saved us out of his own kindness, and we owe him BIG TIME! I just find amazing how God can just forgive like that. It's incomprehensible. This shows how marvelous God is. God has given us the gift of a healthy relationship by saving us. That is just unbelievable. Short one today! :)

To me I think this verse means that Jesus is our savior and through him we have a relationship with God. Jesus has given us this ablilty because it was his purpose and because he did it through love and his grace. The opportunity to live a holy life was bestowed upon us probably before all of us were born, so we should be thankful everyday that we are allowed to hold our strong relationships with God and being able to live through him.

I think this verse is talking about how Jesus died for us on the cross. The reason why it says Jesus didn't save us because of anything we have done because Jesus didn't save us to give back to us or because we earned it, but because he did it because he is so holy and perfect. He wanted to give up his own life for everyone else life just because he is so loving and caring to people. If he had to save us based on what we have done, he should of not saved us at all because of all the sins, crimes, murders and much more we have done.
I think Jesus is the most giving, caring person because who else would give up their own life just to save another? From the beginning, he knew that he would have to save us because he is just so perfect and loving. Everyday we should be thankful for what Jesus Christ has given us - the perfect present of life. If he was selfish he would never save us and we would not be alive today. So just remember to thank Jesus in a prayer, song or reading the bible at least everyday. It might be hard to do everyday and it's nearly impossible to. But if you can just know everyday that Jesus is our Savior and father, I think he will be happy. :)

"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it
produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by
it." Hebrews 12:11
To me I think this verse means that doing the right thing is hard but in the end you will be rewarded. It's just like the verse, when your trying to obey something it seems hard at first. Then, when you reach the end or have completed your task, you feel good about it and are rewarded. These rewards are being able to build up on good qualities and you will be able to build upon it as you practice them.

"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it." -Hebrews 12:11 (NIV)
What this verse means to me is that if we work hard early, you will have time to enjoy yourself later on. Yeah, the discipline is hard and it's easy to get sidetracked, but if you concentrate on your work, there will be a great outcome. For example: Let's say you have a lot of homework (if you are a student) coming home from school, and it is all due tomorrow. If you work hard and finish it, you be able to have fun and have free time.

This verse was a little hard to understand when i first read it. As i read it more, i understood it a little more. This verse is saying from my perspective no training may be a good idea for now, but we need it. The verse explains that later on we can be used to the discipline because we were trained and used to it.

This verse when I read it actually made a lot of sense to me. It is telling us how if we get a punishment for our mistakes, it's not going to be nice while it is going on, but you will learn from it and have some wisdom from it. For example, if Josh cheated on a test and got caught, he would be punished by not being able to play video games for a month. Next time he thinks about cheating, he will remember the punishment he required and (HOPEFULLY) will not cheat again.

"God is our refuge and strength, and ever-present in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its water roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging." Psalm 46:1-3 (NIV)
When reading this verse, I was quite confused at the end. What this verse means to me is that we should always look to God for help. Even if it's a good day or a bad day. The Lord wants us to know that no matter what, God is with us and we should not fear anything. NOTHING!!! When things gets complicated and you fell scared, you can always pray to God to give you strength.

I think the second part means we should never lose faith in him no matter what the situation is like. In the verse I think it is referring to the time when the world will end because in the bible it says that many natural disasters will symbolize the end is near. I find this verse difficult yet relieving because I find it hard to keep faith in God in difficult situations but at the same time its comforting to know that God will be there with us for strength and guidance.

Sorry for missing a verse yesterday, it slipped out of my mind. :(
"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. (Psalm 46: 1-3)
When I read this verse I really only got the beginning which is how God is our strength, the one that will always be there to help us when we are in rough waters. I THINK that the second part is that we shouldn't fear losing God or fear God himself when the worst happens. (Like the mountains falling and being destroyed) I think it's trying to tell us that we shall not fear God and always trust in him. We should always know that he will always have our back when we need him.

Psalms 46 1-3
1God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
This verse tells me in examples of the earth, that God is my strength and stable rock. God is telling us in a language that we would understand (examples from earth) just how mighty and powerful he really is. Some of the examples I don't fully get really well. Can someone comment and explain some of them to me?

"Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life" 1John 5:12
I think this verse means that anyone who believes in God's son will live forever but people who don't believe in him will not. In the bible it says that anyone who believes in Jesus shall not perish but have eternal life so this means that you will be able to live forever in Heaven even after your time on Earth is done. So if you don't belive in Jesus then it means that you will live on Earth but not live eternally in Heaven.

What this verse means to me is that we should dedicate our lives to God. All day, all night, PTL (praise the Lord). Our everyday lives should be based on his word and his will. We should incorporate him in our daily routines. Instead of checking Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc, we could read the bible or pray. God should be our main purpose in life and surround ourselves in him.

"For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."
(Matthew 12:50 NIV)
The first time I read i this, I was very confused. What does he mean when he says that they are his brother and sister and mother? Eventually, I understood it a little more and started to know the real meaning behind it. To me, this verse means that if we believe in Christ, and put our trust in him, he will consider us as his brother, sister, and mother. This means that we will have a closer relationship with God. I mean, who wouldn't want to be closer to God? I think that if we obey God's commands and follow what he has planned for us, the Lord will give us something in return.

Matthew 12:50
I believe that this verse is saying that as you follow God's will you will be able to build a stronger relationship, (like a sibling). I interpret this verse as if everyone who can follow God's will is apart of one large family. When you accept to do what God intends you to do, then you have become apart of this famly. For me this is kinda hard to explain but its like as you follow and grow in God's word, then you can build a better bond as you devote yourself to him.

"For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother." (Matthew 12:50)
This verse tells a lot. In this verse, Jesus is telling us that that if we follow God's word, we will be very important in his heart. <3 So important, he thinks of you as his family. This tells me that if I try my hardest to follow God's commands, Jesus will be thankful for what we do. This doesn't mean 24/7 we have to dedicate our lives to accomplishing the will of God, but if we just take a little time out of our lives that Jesus will be happy and love us like his own brother, sister or mother.
Question: I wonder when Jesus is saying this, that if people don't do the will of his Father, will he still think of them as his brother and sister and mother? People make many mistakes and that's part of life, but from this verse, does that mean that Jesus doesn't think of them the same as someone who does dedicate themself following the will of God?

In this verse, Jesus is telling is disciples that anyone ho believes in him, is "sibling" of Christ. The disciples were looking for more of an earthly brother of sister response. Instead Jesus told them an answer that might be a little harder to comprehend. Jesus is God's son. Jesus died on the cross for our sins and to glorify his Father. Around the world, there are people who believe this and spread the news of this. Just like what Jesus did in his time. If you accept Jesus in your heart and believe in him, you are a child of God (like Jesus!) If we are his children, we are each other's sisters and brothers (hence Sisters In Christ!!)

"I can do all this through him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13
To me this verse means that almost anything can be accomplished with the help of God. It makes me think about how I am limited in what I can do then wonder how much more I can do with God's help and strength. Through this verse, I think that God just encourages us and loves us enough to be able to lend us his strength and guidance through our toughest situations. Sometimes these situations just make me appreciate God more and makes me think what would happen if he wasn't there with me every step of my life.

To me, this verse is mainly God telling us that if we ask for help and guidance with all of our heart, he will give us what we need. This verse is very encouraging. It is a basic reminder that God didn't create us and leave us here to survive on our own. He created us and is active in our lives and the decisions we come across. There is going to be times in our life where God will give us hard obstacles to come across. If we simply ask for help and acknowledge that we are helpless without him, he will provide. From this we will have more faith in our God that we can trust in him through tough times.
This verse doesn't just mean we can get strength from God. It means that we must know we can't go through life without him. We have the option of dealing with things ourselves like most people would do or leaving decisions up to God. In this, we'll find faith.

"Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always." Psalm 105:4
This verse to me was quite confusing to me at first. I read it over and over again trying to think what it meant. So what I interperted it to be was that we should always be looking for God in need and we can rely on him. He can give us the courage and strength that we might need. Although we might have doubts, if we just talk to God a little, ask for guidance, he will give us that need.
I also think this verse is trying to tell us that we NEED our God. "seek his face always" in my opinion means that we should always keep in mind that without God we would be nothing. We need his power and love to be alive right now.

"Look to the Lord, and his strength; seek his face always" Psalm 105:4
This verse is pretty short but I still believe it has a lot of meaning. I think it means that we should always incorporate God in our lives. When we are going through a rough time, we should seek God's strength. But the bible verse doesn't just end there. At the end it reads "seek his face always." What this ending is trying to say is that even when we aren't going through a tough time we should always look to God for guidance. A lot of times I forget about God when I am going through a happy time in my life. However, that's not what this text is telling us to do. This verse has taught me that God isn't just there when we need him, he is there all the time. We just have to seek him first.

"The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."
I think that this verse is uplifting because I can feel good about being watched over by the God who saved me. I also feel that this verse helps to remind me about always being welcomed by God although I have sinned against him for countless times. Lastly, I think this verse is great to meditate on because it makes me think about my imperfections and sins and yet im still loved so unconditionally while being forgiven.

"The LORD your God is with you, the MIghty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."
What this verse means to me, is that no matter what, the LORD will allways stand by us. No matter what he will forgive us. Humans were born sinners and always will be. Sinning is our nature, and we can't do anything about it. However, the LORD does not hold a grudge. God will always forsake our mistakes. He understands our pain, and he's gone through what we have. Temptation, sin, disappointment, pain, suffering, all of it. But this DOES NOT mean that you can just sin anytime, and just say, "Oh don't worry, I can sin. God will just forgive me." Yes, God does forgive every sin, but it is not right to take that for granted. It is still bad. Remember, God is always there with you. He knows how you feel and that he will continuously give us second chances.

First Post woohoo!
The Verse Zephaniah 3:17 I think is a very important verse. Not only that this verse is telling us that God will love us through thick and thin, but also that we can always trust in him. After reading and thinking about this verse, I learn that even though I make mistakes, I know that God will always forgive me if I pray and meditate on his word. This verse also reminds me of how God saved us many times. It shows me that God is so great and powerful.
But I also do wonder (from what Auntie Cindy said) does this verse mean that we can do whatever we want and God will just forgive and save us? In my opinion I don't think this is true. I think that we should always be making the right decisions. It's okay to slip up sometimes, but don't just think that we can just make a bad decision and think that God will automatically forgive us.

Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends! (Philippians 4:1 NIV)
this verse is very important to me because it shows that we should stick to God because he loves us. This verse tells us that the lord loves us and we should love him. He is always there for us.
This verse is good when you are feeling down or you need some cheering up

Ahh!! First personal post.
The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”
This verse shows me that when I fear something in life, God is going to be there for me. When the verse says Mighty Warrior, it tells me taught I have a God that protects me. For example, when I have to overcome difficult times in my life. God shows me in this verse that nothing can overpower me when God is on my side. Many times I forget that I'm not alone. I know that Jesus is with me through the impossible. This verse overall tells people that we have nothing to fear when God is with us.
